Role Summary:
The Account Management Intern will support both Partner (publisher) and Advertiser teams. You will assist in communication, coordination, reporting, and basic performance analysis. The role offers hands-on exposure to real account management workflows and prepares you for a future full-time account manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Advertiser Support
- Assist account managers in daily communication with partners and advertisers.
- Help collect, organize, and track partner requirements and campaign details.
- Support onboarding processes for new partners and advertisers.
Coordination & Operations
- Update internal dashboards, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
- Assist with preparing briefs, documentation, and internal notes.
- Help ensure all active campaigns have the correct materials, links, and information.
Reporting & Data Handling
- Prepare simple performance reports using templates.
- Monitor basic activity metrics and flag unusual changes.
- Help maintain accurate records of updates, deals, and partner feedback.
Communication Assistance
- Help draft messages, summaries, and follow-ups under supervision.
- Coordinate updates between partner-facing and advertiser-facing teams.
- Support internal communication channels.
Learning & Development
- Learn how performance marketing and account management workflows operate.
- Gain exposure to dashboards, tracking tools, and communication systems.
- Participate in internal training sessions and shadow account managers.
What We Are Looking For:

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

- English and Russian proficiency (written and spoken).
