Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (BEGOC Office or RSL Operations Office)
Reporting to: E&I Department Manager
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our E&I team in Baku.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems (power distribution, control panels, lighting, communication systems)
- Prepare electrical schematics, load calculations, cable schedules, MTOS, and technical documentation
- Perform short-circuit studies and protection coordination
- Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, NFPA, and client standards
- Support tenders, construction work packs, and as-built documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical support during installation and commissioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills (3D knowledge is an advantage)
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani
Experience with BP standards, COMPEX certification, ETAP training, or site/project engineering experience will be considered an advantage but not mandatory.
