Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible;
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and customers to the appropriate staff member/office;
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support;
- Perform administrative duties including:
- Developing and maintaining a current and accurate filing system;
- Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment;
- Provide administrative services for staff, as required;
- Dealing with corporate mobile operator service;
- Travel Coordination;
- Arranging transportation for employees for all business-related trips (to-from airport, company’s other facilities and etc) and for visitors and etc.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles;
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields;
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English. Russian language skills are on asset;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
