Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible;
  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and customers to the appropriate staff member/office;
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies;
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support;
  • Perform administrative duties including:
  • Developing and maintaining a current and accurate filing system;
  • Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment;
  • Provide administrative services for staff, as required;
  • Dealing with corporate mobile operator service;
  • Travel Coordination;
  • Arranging transportation for employees for all business-related trips (to-from airport, company’s other facilities and etc) and for visitors and etc.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related fields;
  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English. Russian language skills are on asset;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
