JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible of carrying out the operation of the Wind Plant, following Electrical Engineer, site Manager Instructions or Grid Operator Instructions.
- Register the Operation of the plant in the Operation Book, assist to write reports, control of service orders, and service activities, keep records of the status of the plant, emergency response, monitor plant performance, daily routine or emergency operations of the Wind power plant, , ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions at both strategic and functional levels.

Description
- Operation and Maintenance
- Follow the instructions of the Site Manager/Operations Manager
- Register in the Operation Book, the changes, and relevant aspects of the operation of the plant.
- Register breakdown situations and communicate to the managers of the plant
- Ability to interpret the daily report analytics and create work notifications in SAP For maintenance teams. Provide support to prepare reports of Operation and Maintenance
- Keep records of the operation & Maintenance activities of the plant.
- Carry out the provide it check list to control the status of the plant
- Register the Energy and Power records of the Production of the Plant
- Communicate any deficiency of the SCADA or deficiency in the communications
- Carry out Grid Operator Instructions and assure an efficient day to day communication with it
- Carry out hourly, daily and weekly production forecasting activities in accordance with respective Power Purchase agreements.
- Drive the plant to maximize generation, PR and availability and contribute to the analysis of any shortage of any item.
- Assist to the training courses and obtain the adequate certifications
- Operate MV equipment after training and certification
- Learn the necessary skill to supervise the operation of the plant through the SCADA (Control and protection devices)
- Help in preparation of reports as per supervisor instructions, daily, monthly, quarterly & annually reports
- Undertake troubleshooting of the sensors, relays and other devices that communicate with the SCADA
- Monitor and follow up the functioning of all equipment in the plant, close monitor for plant performance and reporting any abnormal issue
- Provide help to other colleagues in the same field of expertise
- Maintain good conduct for communication with EETC and Project company
- Responsible for receiving/notifying an emergency call on emergency line as per procedures
- Follow up on cyber security instructions according to procedures
- In charge of change management process in plant and follow NOMAC procedures.
- Shall be a great team player and willing to work in team culture with ability to learn and teach others.
- Attend daily production meeting to highlight the plant operational issues and work with maintenance team to resolve the same.
- Liaise with Site Manager/Operations Manager to prepare the strategies to improve generation and implement prudent operation in compliance to site safe system of work policy.

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
- Needs to work closely with the colleagues in the maintenance/ operation department as well as ensure coordination with the rest of the departments across the plant organization, mainly maintenance and HSE
External:
- Coordination with local stakeholders, grid operators
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Electrical OR Automation Technicians
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Focus on renewable energy.
- 1 – 3 years in the field of O&M in the related field.
