We are happy to announce job opportunity of a Junior Recruiting Specialist at Resant Hotels. The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. We are on a mission to empower our Recruitment landscape, and we need your inspiration to take forward our strategy that focuses on employee line development.
Your day to day
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation
- Participate in job fairs
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
What we need from you
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
- Decision-making abilities
- A degree in hotel business, human resources, communications or a similar field of study would be desired
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
