We are happy to announce job opportunity of a Learning & Development Junior Specialist at Resant Hotels. The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. We are on a mission to empower our L&D landscape, and we need your inspiration to take forward our strategy that focuses on service delivery, training, and development.

Your day to day

  • Strategic Vision: assist with the L&D strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders across the organisation to identify training needs and work closely with team to design and deliver effective training solutions and content.
  • Implement powerful learning methodologies, including e-learning, micro-learning, and blended learning approaches, to ensure our training is engaging and effective.
  • Oversee internal Learning System, ensuring it is optimised to deliver extraordinary training experiences for employees.
  • Follow KPI and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs, continually refining, and improving our offerings.
  • align with L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support our business initiatives and commercial functions eld sales, customers, and end users.
  • Developing our employees to support their continuous improvement.
  • Assist and support departmental leaders with new hire onboarding and induction schedule.
  • Monitoring online, internal, and external training completion as well as conduct Training session as required.
  • Lead and support the engagement calendar ensure effective engagement of employees.

What we need from you

  • Desire to work in learning and development, training, or a related field.
  • Planning, organizing and administrative skills.
  • A passion for staying on top of the latest trends in learning and development, and the ability to implement innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can work with diverse teams and drive alignment with our L&D vision.
