Job Summary:

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support the company’s purchasing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing quality products and services at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and help forecast future needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
