Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Terms: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Preparation expense reports
- Knowledge of internal accounting work (invoices, electronic invoices, internal reports, etc.)
- Reconciliation of purchase and sales invoices
- Ability to work on e-taxes.gov.az, e-gov.az, EMAS and other portals
- Settlement of payables and receivables report
- Processing transactions and payments on Internet banking
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Performing additional tasks assigned by management
Candidate Requirements:
- High Education
- 1 year work experience as an Accounting Assistant
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
