Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Terms: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, modification and termination of employment agreements and recording into e-portal (emas.sosial.gov.az);
• Plan conferences and meetings for the staff
• Internal documentation management
• Day to day work such as preparation of internal orders, maintaining for employee timesheets and different HR registries;
• Preparation of letters to the state authorities;
• Assist in other matters and responsibilities as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor`s Degree
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
• Willingness to adapt to and learn quickly
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
