Responsibilities:
- Preparation, modification and termination of employment agreements and recording into e-portal (emas.sosial.gov.az);
- Plan conferences and meetings for the staff
- Internal documentation management
- Day to day work such as preparation of internal orders, maintaining for employee timesheets and different HR registries;
- Preparation of letters to the state authorities;
- Assist in other matters and responsibilities as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
- Willingness to adapt to and learn quickly
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
