RNK Insurance Services INC, a U.S.-based insurance company, is expanding its operations in Baku and is looking for a Chinese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team!

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to assist our Chinese-speaking clients during U.S. business hours.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Age: 21–45
• Fluency in Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
• Ability to work night shifts independently

 Working Hours:

• Night shift only (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, aligned with U.S. time zones)
• Full-time position

Salary & Benefits: 1250 – 1750 AZN NET (based on experience)

Holiday bonuses

Transfer provided from office to home after each shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about insurance products, policies, and procedures
• Assist customers with billing issues, claims, document requests, and account updates
• Log all interactions clearly and completely into the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed
• Maintain a friendly, respectful, and service-driven attitude
• Coordinate with internal departments such as claims, underwriting, and billing
• Comply with internal guidelines and quality standards
