We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager (Client Services Manager) to join our team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and successful collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.
- Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new business development within existing clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and progress for internal and client review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Fluency in both English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
