About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online brand presence, optimizing performance marketing campaigns, and managing a team to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms for maximum ROI.
- Oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content marketing.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a marketing team.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
