We’re looking for a talented UI | UX Designer (No-Code Developer) who’s passionate about no-code tools, creative digital experiences, and strong visual design. You’ll work closely with our team to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and content creators to design user-friendly websites, landing pages, apps, and digital products.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Build and customize websites using WordPress (Elementor) and other no-code tools when needed.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines while optimizing for usability and conversions.
• Stay updated with design trends, no-code innovations, and emerging tools to continuously improve design quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for brand concepts and social media content.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create both low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong aesthetic sense and refined graphic design skills.
• Experience with no-code website building (WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• English: at least conversational level (fluency not required; Russian language is a plus).
• Education or certification in a design-related field is an advantage.
