“Royal Sea Breeze” LLC announces an open position for PR & Communications Specialist:

Royalé Casino is looking for a local PR & Communications Specialist who is well-versed in Azerbaijan's media landscape, understands the local audience, and can effectively develop the brand's presence in the Baku market. We are seeking a professional with strong communication skills, an understanding of the premium segment, and experience in building partnerships, integrations, and PR communications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing local PR communications for the brand in Baku;
• Build relationships with local media, influencers, partners, and venues;
• Organizing PR integrations, collaborations, and partnership projects;
• Participate in the execution of marketing and brand image campaigns;
• Prepare PR materials, press releases, communication texts, and presentations;
• Coordinate external brand communications;
• Monitor the local market, media landscape, and competitive environment;
• Support the brand's reputation and premium positioning;
• Assist in organizing events, partnership activities, and special projects;
• Collaborate with the international marketing and media team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or media relations;
• Good understanding of the local Azerbaijani market and Baku's media market;
• Negotiation skills and experience in building partnership relationships;
• Experience with brand communications and the premium segment is a plus;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) ;
• Experience preparing presentations, PR materials, and communication documents;
• Strong organizational and comunicational skills;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines;
• Knowledge of English and Russian — mandatory;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani is an advantage.
