We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our real estate projects through data collection, reporting, and dashboard creation.

This role goes beyond working with ready data — you will be expected to retrieve, clean, and structure data from different sources, as well as help improve and automate existing reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, retrieve, and consolidate data from multiple sources (Excel files, internal systems, databases)
• Clean, structure, and validate data to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update daily and weekly reports (sales, reservations, cancellations, etc.)
• Build and support dashboards (Power BI / Excel)
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate manual reporting processes
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and business requests

What We Are Looking For

• Interest in data analysis, automation, and real estate
• Practical knowledge of Excel, Power Query, Power BI
• Understanding of finance and real estate concepts (such as GDV, Cap Rate, and other financial indicators)
• Ability and willingness to work with raw and unstructured data
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using modern tools, including AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
