  • Conduct research and analysis on real estate markets, both locally and globally, including pricing trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Prepare high-quality investor reports, performance summaries, factsheets, and investment agreements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and lead business development assignments, including financial analysis of new ventures and market entry strategies.
  • Conduct financial and operational due diligence on real estate investment opportunities, both in Azerbaijan and abroad.
  • Provide clear structuring input and ensure compliance with Azerbaijani tax legislation including corporate tax, VAT, property taxes, and cross-border implications.
  • Liaise effectively with international development companies and investment funds, supporting negotiations, structuring, and ongoing reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of Big 10 audit or transaction advisory experience (mandatory).
  • Proven real estate sector experience (mandatory).
  • Strong working knowledge of Azerbaijani tax legislation (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in budgeting, modeling, and cash flow analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with international developers and investment funds is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.

Why Join Us:

  • Direct exposure to cross-border real estate investments and development transactions
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture with access to senior decision-makers
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure
  • Fast-track career progression with a strategic, high-impact role
