Our Requirements:

• +1 years of experience in marketing, including branding, digital marketing;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani;
• Expertise in video content creation and storytelling;
• Strong ability to understand and align with the brand’s vision, driving effective and high-performing marketing strategies;
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other related platforms.

Your key Responsibilities:

Marketing strategy

• Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design concept;
• Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives;
• Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals

Creative management

• Create videos content plan ideas and template;
• Lead the process of organizing for production/shooting;
• Lead and creation video sceneries and synopsis;
• Create design style and direction of video content;
• Execute the video editing and montage;
• Creating monthly and one time video content for social network;
• Creating video design adaptation for several digital placement;
• Lead the process of recording video in events, conference and workshops;
• Lead and create podcast and video library;
• Lead and execute the process of photo shooting in event, conference and workshops.

Skills and Competencies:

• Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively;
• Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
• Strong problem-solving skills; 
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
