Job Summary:
- SABAH.HUB is searching for an intern to join the SABAH.academy team for the upcoming Fall 2026 semester. The Program intern will be responsible for the tasks set out by the program team, such as research, data capturing, and coordination, as well as work closely with the SABAH.academy on implementation of the specific project goals.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social science, economics, or a related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English, with attention to detail;
- Dynamic, energetic person eager to learn by assisting the program team on various tasks;
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools;
- Prior social work experience will be a competitive advantage for the candidate.
Your key Responsibilities:
Collecting data of students;
- Collecting lecture attendance during lectures
- Collecting necessary students' data
Helping with team formation of students;
- Assisting in the formation of teams for students who have not yet formed teams
- Gathering lists of teams created by students
Assisting instructors during and after lectures;
- Guiding instructors within the university
- Assisting instructors with their requests
Communicating with students;
- Answering students' questions
- Providing information about SABAH.academy program
- Communicating university policies regarding subjects
- Delivering necessary information to students throughout the semester
- Helping to resolve problems
Technical support;
- Providing technical support to instructors during lectures and seminars
- Delivering necessary administrative tasks
Reporting to SABAH.academy team;
- Providing weekly reports
- Instantly reporting urgent cases
Communication with university faculties on-site;
Assisting SABAH.academy team with university-related issues.
