Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee daily human resources operations, including payroll, benefits administration, leave tracking and monitoring, preparation, renewal, and termination of employment contracts.
- Accurately and promptly enter and manage employee data in the SIMA and EMAS systems; ensure regular updates and data integrity.
- Maintain accurate and timely employee records; manage HR systems and regularly update employee information.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare periodic HR reports and statistics for management.
- Analyze and visualize data using advanced Excel tools, including complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
- Develop tracking systems and reports to monitor employee performance and training programs.
- Identify and report employee relations issues to management in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Organize and monitor training programs; create and maintain employee training tracking sheets.
- Foster collaboration within the team and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Implement recruitment strategies through various channels such as universities, job fairs, external recruiters, traditional media, and online platforms; draft and post job advertisements; screen and interview candidates; create and maintain an Applicant Tracking Database.
Required Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or other relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of practical and in-depth experience in HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, leave management, contract preparation, recruitment, and termination processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience working with SIMA and EMAS systems and the ability to manage their daily operations.
- Proven experience in effectively managing HR systems and databases.
Required Skills:
- Advanced skills and experience in optimizing and automating HR operations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VBA/macros, complex formulas, etc.) for data analysis and report preparation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and prepare timely and accurate reports.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate successfully within teams and across departments.
- Fluent spoken and written proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality principles.
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential issues in advance.
