Key Accountabilities:

  • Daily administration of HR operations, including payroll, social benefits, leave recording and monitoring, preparation and updating of employment contracts, and execution of contract termination processes.
  • Accurate and timely entry of employee data into the SIMA and AMAS systems, as well as continuous updating and proper management of all records.
  • Maintenance and regular updating of employee information and efficient management of HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collection, analysis, and preparation of various HR-related statistical reports for management on a regular basis.
  • Use of advanced Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas, for data analysis and visualization.
  • Development of tracking systems and reports to monitor employee performance and training programs.
  • Timely identification of employee relations issues and preparation of reports for management.
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with national labor legislation.
  • Ensuring effective collaboration within the HR team and maintaining strong communication with other departments.

Required Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of practical and in-depth experience in HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, leave management, contract preparation, recruitment, and termination processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience working with SIMA and EMAS systems and the ability to manage their daily operations.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing HR systems and databases.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced skills and experience in optimizing and automating HR operations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VBA/macros, complex formulas, etc.) for data analysis and report preparation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and prepare timely and accurate reports.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate successfully within teams and across departments.
  • Fluent spoken and written proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality principles.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential issues in advance.
