Key Accountabilities:
- Daily administration of HR operations, including payroll, social benefits, leave recording and monitoring, preparation and updating of employment contracts, and execution of contract termination processes.
- Accurate and timely entry of employee data into the SIMA and AMAS systems, as well as continuous updating and proper management of all records.
- Maintenance and regular updating of employee information and efficient management of HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collection, analysis, and preparation of various HR-related statistical reports for management on a regular basis.
- Use of advanced Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas, for data analysis and visualization.
- Development of tracking systems and reports to monitor employee performance and training programs.
- Timely identification of employee relations issues and preparation of reports for management.
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with national labor legislation.
- Ensuring effective collaboration within the HR team and maintaining strong communication with other departments.
Required Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of practical and in-depth experience in HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, leave management, contract preparation, recruitment, and termination processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience working with SIMA and EMAS systems and the ability to manage their daily operations.
- Proven experience in effectively managing HR systems and databases.
Required Skills:
- Advanced skills and experience in optimizing and automating HR operations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VBA/macros, complex formulas, etc.) for data analysis and report preparation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and prepare timely and accurate reports.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; proven ability to collaborate successfully within teams and across departments.
- Fluent spoken and written proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality principles.
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential issues in advance.
