Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the daily activities of Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspectors, assign tasks, and monitor their execution.
- Promote collaboration among UT inspectors and effectively organize the distribution of work.
- Ensure ultrasonic tests are conducted in accordance with relevant standards (ISO 9712, SNT-TC-1A, etc.).
- Optimize testing processes, applying best practices to increase efficiency.
- Analyze test results and monitor work progress, ensuring results are properly reported.
- Ensure proper functioning of testing devices and equipment, and organize timely maintenance and servicing.
- Address any defects or non-conformities identified during inspections and report to management.
- Improve inspection processes, minimize operational errors, and implement innovations for better results.
- Propose suggestions to reduce testing time and accelerate the testing process while maintaining high quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, materials science, or related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in ultrasonic testing and non-destructive testing (previous supervisory experience is a plus).
- Level II or Level III certification in ultrasonic testing (according to ISO 9712 or SNT-TC-1A standards) – preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
