Key Responsibilities

• SAP Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, including planning, blueprinting, customizing, testing, and deployment.
• System Optimization: Analyze and optimize current SAP functionalities and modules to ensure efficient processes and enhance performance.
• Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise to troubleshoot complex SAP-related issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams for swift resolutions.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Understand business requirements by working closely with clients and internal stakeholders. Translate them into scalable technical solutions and present recommendations.
• Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials. Conduct workshops to enhance user adoption and smooth knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience, with a strong track record of successful implementations or upgrades.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR, SuccessFactors, etc.). Integration experience with non-SAP systems is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and present complex ideas.
• Certifications: SAP certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori
• Experience in Agile or Scrum project methodologies
• Ability to mentor junior team members and foster collaborative problem-solving
• Demonstrated leadership in enterprise-level project deployments
• Willingness to learn new SAP modules or related technologies as business needs evolve
