Key Responsibilities:

• Control deadlines for activities (maintenance and repair, documentation development, etc.)
• Provide continuous and technically correct operation and safe operation of electrical equipment, keep the equipment in operable condition.
• Organize adjustment and commissioning of electrical equipment as part of the production process and power supply.
• To ensure reliability of the operated equipment, communication, control and protection means, timely and quality performance of works related to their current operation and repairs.
• Prepare technical specifications for electrical equipment maintenance service contracts in a timely manner.
• Supervise the rational use of repair materials, spare parts and equipment in carrying out works.
• Plan and organize preventive maintenance. Develop schedules of PPM of equipment. Send these schedules to the Technical Director for approval and to inform the structural departments of the Company.
• Organize electrical equipment and networks maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.
• Identify causes of early electrical equipment wear out, take action to prevent and eliminate them.
• Organize activities to carry out work to improve the reliability and durability of electrical equipment.
• Participating in deviation investigations, implementation of CAPA developed as a result of deviation investigations in the Technical Department.
• Participate in risk assessment and change control systems in the scope of work.
• Participate in self-inspections (internal audits), qualification of process equipment, audits of third-party organizations.
• Participate in validation work as a member of working groups, complete validation protocol forms in his/her area of responsibility.
• Participate in the internal training of the Company.
• Develop user requirements specifications (URS) related to his/her area of responsibility.
• Provide timely preparation of requisitions for necessary goods, materials, spare parts of equipment, measuring instruments, technical documentation and send the requisitions to the Technical Director for approval.
• Install electrical equipment in compliance with safety rules and other rules of work with the equipment.
• Follow the rules of internal labor regulations.
• Comply with labor and production discipline.
• Follow safety and fire safety instructions.
• Maintain in a clean, sanitary and safe condition all equipment and facilities within his scope of responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management in accordance with his skills and knowledge.
• Following HSE rules and fire safety instructions. Reporting any unsafe situations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management according to knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in industrial electrical equipment operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of industry standards such as GMP, GEP, SOP, CAPA, and Validation
• Understanding of low and high voltage electrical networks
• Knowledge of operation principles and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Familiarity with automation and control systems (SCADA, PLC, etc.)
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics
• Skills in energy consumption analysis and optimization
• Knowledge of safety and fire protection standards
• Ability to prepare technical documentation (URS, protocols, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with technical software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN
• Ability to prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules (PPM)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for electrical faults
• Ability to identify and request needed materials, spare parts, and equipment
• Knowledge and application of safety procedures during installation and commissioning
• Ability to train and supervise technical teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Working Conditions:
