Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in export management or international sales
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG exports is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in distributor management and cross-border logistics
- Strong understanding of international trade, Incoterms, and export documentation
- Experience with pricing, contracts, and distributor agreements
- Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across cultures and geographies
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Azerbaijani – fluent, English – advanced (mandatory), Russian - advanced (mandatory) due to CIS markets
Key Responsibilities:
Export Sales & Market Development
- Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets
- Identify and evaluate new export markets, partners, and distributors
- Achieve export sales targets in line with approved budgets and strategic plans
Distributor & Partner Management
- Select, appoint, and manage export distributors and partners
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, and contracts
- Monitor distributor performance, market coverage, and compliance with agreements
Regulatory & Documentation Coordination
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure product registrations, renewals, and variations in export markets
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation (invoices, certificates, COO, GMP, CPP, etc.)
- Support responses to regulatory and authority queries in export countries
Logistics & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure timely product availability
- Manage export logistics in line with Incoterms, customer requirements, and cold-chain conditions where applicable
- Monitor shipment execution, delivery performance, and issue resolution
Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare export sales forecasts and demand plans in coordination with Supply Chain
- Support production and packaging planning for export markets
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking in export channels
Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor export pricing, margins, and profitability
- Coordinate with Finance on payments, credit terms, and risk management
- Prepare regular export performance reports for management
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure compliance with company policies, export regulations, trade controls, and ethical standards
- Support audits related to export operations and international partners
