Main Responsibilities:

• Support the operation of Automated Process Control Systems (APCS / SCADA) in the production and engineering areas of the facility.
• Participate in maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of equipment such as BMS, HVAC, water treatment systems, compressor units, clean rooms, and others.
• Monitor the status of SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems and ensure the correctness of data collection.
• Maintain technical documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, connection diagrams, and I/O lists.
• Assist senior engineers in performing system qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and validation activities in accordance with GMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Collaborate with the IT Department, Quality Department, and Production in resolving technical issues.
• Support FAT/SAT testing and participate in the commissioning of new equipment.

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary technical education (Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Information Technology).
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) — Siemens, Schneider, Omron, etc.
• Understanding of SCADA/HMI systems operation principles (WinCC, TIA Portal, iFIX, Desigo, Niagara, etc.).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, P&ID drawings, and schematic or installation drawings.
• Proficiency in PC use and basic technical documentation tools (MS Office, AutoCAD, EPLAN).
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading and understanding technical documentation.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or other GMP-regulated industries.
• Knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11 standards.
• Experience working with BMS systems and industrial communication networks (Modbus, BACnet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Participation in automation, commissioning, or validation projects.
