Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in sales and/or trade marketing
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors is highly preferred
- Proven track record in distributor management and trade negotiations
- Strong understanding of sales channels and trade mechanics
- Solid analytical skills (sales analysis, forecasting, margin management)
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented and decision-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets
- Monitor sales performance versus targets and implement corrective actions when required
- Analyze sales trends, customer performance, and market dynamics
Trade & Channel Management
- Manage trade terms, discounts, and commercial agreements with distributors and key partners
- Ensure effective sell-in and sell-out execution across channels (pharmacies, hospitals, wholesalers, tenders where applicable)
- Oversee implementation of trade promotions and incentive programs
Distributor & Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key customers
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and trade conditions within approved authority levels
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and market coverage
Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and demand plans in coordination with Supply Chain and Marketing
- Support stock planning to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
- Participate in S&OP or demand review processes (if applicable)
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams
- Ensure alignment between promotional plans, product availability, and regulatory requirements
- Support product launches and lifecycle activities
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular sales, trade, and performance reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations
- Support audits related to sales, trade, and distributor activities
