Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy, including tracking stock levels and coordinating regular cycle counts.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and coordinate efficient layout and storage of products.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track product locations, stock levels, and shipment schedules.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping/receiving issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Workplace: Hokmali village, Absheron district, 15 km from the Baku-Shamakhy highway.
