Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
- Organize and control office operations, facilities, and support services to guarantee smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Document management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and support efficient archiving and information flow.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of administrative personnel.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on administrative and operational performance to senior management.
- Oversee vendor and contractor relations, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, and Commercial teams.
- Handle requests, incidents, or service issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving workplace efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Office Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in supervising diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (1C, Bitrix24, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs in a fast-growing real estate company.
