Seeton LLC, a leading IT integrator company in Azerbaijan, is seeking for a motivated Office Manager and Document Controller to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Control & Legal Support:

  • Draft and write official letters to government authorities and departments.
  • Maintain digital and physical archives: scan contracts, organize, and store copies.
  • Register contracts, price protocols, and other key documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails).

Office Administration:

  • Plan and organize internal office meetings, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Procure and manage office supplies, including equipment and kitchen essentials.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate necessary repair work.
  • Ensure constant availability of all utilities.

HR & Employee orientation support:

  • Organize business trips by arranging tickets, visa support, and preparing expense reports.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies for new and existing employees.
  • Organize and oversee the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Provide information support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in office management, administration, or document control.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Azerbaijan language fluency, Russian and English – working proficiency.
