Seeton LLC, a leading IT integrator company in Azerbaijan, is seeking for a motivated Office Manager and Document Controller to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Control & Legal Support:
- Draft and write official letters to government authorities and departments.
- Maintain digital and physical archives: scan contracts, organize, and store copies.
- Register contracts, price protocols, and other key documentation.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails).
Office Administration:
- Plan and organize internal office meetings, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Procure and manage office supplies, including equipment and kitchen essentials.
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate necessary repair work.
- Ensure constant availability of all utilities.
HR & Employee orientation support:
- Organize business trips by arranging tickets, visa support, and preparing expense reports.
- Maintain equipment and supplies for new and existing employees.
- Organize and oversee the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Facilitate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Provide information support to the HR team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in office management, administration, or document control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Azerbaijan language fluency, Russian and English – working proficiency.
