We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to develop B2B sales, attract new clients, and grow Seeton’s client portfolio in Azerbaijan.
B2B Sales Development & Client Acquisition
Seeton Azerbaijan, Baku, Office-based - Full-time
Level: Middle / Senior
What you will do
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Understand client needs and match them with Seeton’s IT solutions
- Prepare and support commercial proposals together with internal teams
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, procurement, and vendor teams
- Maintain CRM, track sales activities, and report pipeline status
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market opportunities and competitors
What we expect
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience in new client acquisition
- Ability to manage the sales cycle from first contact to deal closing
- Experience working with CRM, pipeline, KPIs, and sales reporting
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good Excel / reporting skills
- Fluent Azerbaijani — mandatory
- English — B1/B2 or higher — mandatory
- Russian — advantage
