About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR specialist
- Solid understanding of labour laws and HR compliance standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
