Responsibilities:
- Carry out employee recruitment, position changes, terminations, and other operations in compliance with labor legislation.
- Enter HR-related notifications into the EMAS electronic system.
- Prepare and maintain employee personal files.
- Draft and monitor HR-related documents in accordance with legal requirements.
- Support other HR operational processes.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a relevant field (hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and the Labor Code.
- Proficiency in working with the EMAS system.
- Competence in using MS Office programs.
- High sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.
