“Sky Bridge Logistcis” is looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively coordinate transportation processes, communicate with drivers and brokers, solve operational issues quickly, and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily international transportation operations;
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, dealers, and customers regarding shipment updates and delivery schedules;
• Monitor active loads and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries;
• Resolve transportation-related issues and provide operative solutions;
• Negotiate and coordinate with carriers and partners when required;
• Maintain accurate operational records and update internal systems;
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and management;
• Ensure all logistics documentation is properly handled and organized;
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain service quality;
• Handle urgent situations and operational challenges in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• Russian language is considered an advantage;
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively;
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented personality;
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Conditions:

• Location: Azure Business Center
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Schedule: 5 days a week
