Job Description:

The Cementing Field Specialist/Supervisor - is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Cementing Field Specialist/Supervisor identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. 

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and well-site inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience on Offshore / Onshore cementing operations as a Lead Cementer.
• Experience on local and remotely operated offshore cementing units.
• Able to operate LAS driven offshore cementing installations.
• Able to operate conventional and subsea cement heads.
• Experience on cementing unit routine inspection and preliminary maintenance.
• Has performed cementing operations as a lead cementer for Liner, Casing, Batch Mixing and remedial cementing operations.
• Able to perform job preparation, calculations and readiness for each cement job.
• Able to run and operate downhole permanent and retrievable packers.
