This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student to gain practical experience in finance, reporting, data analysis, and business operations within an international environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the Collections team with daily invoicing and collections activities.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining payment and invoice records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required documentation.
• Help monitor outstanding invoices and support follow-up activities.
• Assist with account reconciliations and administrative tasks.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent graduate (within the last 3 years) or final-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent Azerbaijani.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good command of Russian is preferred, but not mandatory. 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, PivotTables are an advantage).
• Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to follow up on outstanding items.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Previous internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
