Job Description

• The Logistics Intern is responsible for supporting daily logistics operations, including documentation and tracking shipments.
• Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in logistics documentation, inventory management, and tracking shipments.
• Support coordination of transportation and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Help with compliance checks related to import/export regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (graduated within the last 3 years).
• Basic knowledge of procurement and transportation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Azerbaijani to communicate with local authorities. Strong English proficiency: 
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a confident personality respected by peers.
