A leading global technology company is currently seeking qualified contractors for key positions. The Visa and Immigration Intern is responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, with a focus on accurate and timely processing of visa, immigration, and related documentation.
Work conditions:
- Job type: Temporary, with the possibility of extension
- Work Regime: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of visa and immigration documents.
- Support invoice verification and payment processing related to visa/immigration services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely filing of documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external authorities/service providers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Recent graduate (within the last 3 years) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Experience with documentation, visa/immigration processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR, documentation, or immigration is an advantage.
