We are looking for a Financial Business Analyst for ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV/Business Central Consultant) to join our team in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Skills required:

• At least 2 years’ work experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (or any other similar ERP, finance or accounting system).
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, or optimization projects
• Ability to gather, document and analyze business process requirements and recommend improvements.
• Experience in data migration, transformation, and integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills in multi-party projects.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting regulations and local tax code requirements.
• Public speaking skills, communication skills, precisely for system functionality demonstrations and training sessions.
• Responsibility and proactiveness, ability to learn quickly, focus on result and teamwork, ability to structure and organize information.

Will be an advantage:

• Understanding of enterprise business processes related to inventory, warehouse management and manufacturing.
• Experience with business process mapping tools such as BPMN or Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certifications.

Educational requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technologies or MBA degree with a specialization in accounting.
• Possession of ACCA or CIMA exam pass certificates in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting, or local PMS certificate is an advantage.

Language requirements

• Proficiency in Azerbaijani (native or fluent). 
• Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English.
• Russian at a minimum of Intermediate level.

Functional duties:

• Participation in implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Analyze current business processes and map them to ERP system functionalities.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and ERP system capabilities.
• Configure and customize ERP system functionality based on business-specific requirements.
• Define and set up workflows, approval processes, and reporting structures.
• Support clients with consultations during data migration.
• Conduct ERP training sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Develop user manuals and training materials.
• Prepare technical documentation for required system modifications and seamless integrations between ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure compliance with financial and local regulatory reporting standards.
• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and resolve system bugs and performance issues.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Optimize ERP performance and suggest updates/upgrades.
