Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive corporate reporting system, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency in reporting processes.
- Designing and implementing automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Performing data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI and Excel to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources, including newly implemented systems (Presto, eVaria, MS Dynamics).
- Supporting the digital transformation initiatives by enhancing reporting processes in line with KBR and SOCAR standards.
- Providing training and guidance to Project Controls team members to improve their proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data management tools.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards and maintaining data integrity across all reporting channels.
Skills, Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- A high level of accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced level in Azerbaijani and English
- Advanced level in reporting tools (MS Access, MS Excel, Power Query, DAX, Power BI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, planning and engineering, provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and profitability.
- 5 years’ experience in Planning & Reporting in the Oil and Gas
