Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer phone calls accordingly;
- Greeting guests and visitors when they arrive at the Company, accompanying them in the office;
- Receive incoming documents and direct them accordingly;
- Assist in administrative issues;
- Assist in booking meeting rooms, post information about upcoming training/event/meeting on the boards;
- Manage effectively other assigned tasks (Multitasking);
- Ensure access to the building for invited registered visitors etc.
Requirements:
- Being aware of administrative and clerical procedures;
- Computer and related software skills;
- Language skills: fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Effective communication skills;
- Professional personal presentation;
- Data management;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Initiative skills and being trustworthy;
- Handling high-stress circumstances and detail oriented;
- At least 3 years of experience in the required field;
- Higher education in any field.
