Key Responsibilities:
- Planning meetings, negotiations, and business trips;
- Ensuring adherence to the schedule and reminding the director of key events;
- Handling incoming and outgoing documentation;
- Preparing reports, presentations, and commercial offers;
- Maintaining databases and document archives;
- Managing business correspondence;
- Organizing calls and video conferences;
- Liaising with clients, partners, and company employees;
- Organizing travel arrangements (booking tickets, hotels);
- Executing personal errands for the director;
- Monitoring task completion by employees as instructed by the director;
- Collecting and analyzing data;
- Preparing analytical briefs.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in logistics, management, or economics);
- Strong organizational abilities;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient PC user: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of basic document workflow;
- Stress resistance;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
- Tactfulness, diplomacy, and loyalty;
- Responsibility and attention to detail;
- Knowledge of a foreign language (English at Intermediate level or higher) is an advantage;
- Willingness to work flexible hours;
