Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize Softgile’s participation in Atlassian-related events, including Atlassian Team events, Solution partners events and regional ACE gatherings.
- Strategic Event Management: Develop and implement event strategies to enhance brand recognition, attract potential clients, and strengthen partnerships within the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Coordination and Logistics: Handle all aspects of event preparation, including vendor management, venue selection, travel arrangements, budget management, and on-site coordination.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Softgile’s presence at events through online and offline channels, including social media and email campaigns.
- Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and event organizers.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 years of experience in event management, preferably in the IT or B2B sector.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Ecosystem: Familiarity with Atlassian products, events, or the broader IT/software industry is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel for events when necessary.
