Responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting clients through cold calls, email outreach, social media, and other communication channels;
- Conducting negotiations with clients, presenting the company's products and services, and identifying client needs;
- Preparing commercial proposals, negotiating cooperation terms, concluding contracts, and handling documentation;
- Providing support and consultation to clients at all stages of the deal, resolving issues and complaints, and building long-term relationships;
- Maintaining the client database (CRM) and preparing reports on completed work;
- Participating in training sessions and seminars, learning about new products and services, and monitoring the competitive landscape;
- Collaborating with the technical department and other divisions to ensure high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Azerbaijan, Russian and English;
- Experience in IT B2B sales;
- Empathy and active listening;
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Understanding of sales processes and CRM tools;
- Experience with documentation and reporting;
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills;
- Teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
- Time management and multitasking abilities;
