Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager based in Georgia to help drive and manage strategic partnerships across Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the United Kingdom. In this role, you will work closely with partners to expand Softgile’s reach, ensuring the effective adoption and delivery of Atlassian products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with partners across the 6 countries we operate in, focusing on enhancing partner capabilities and ensuring alignment with Softgile’s objectives.
- Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to sell and implement Atlassian solutions effectively.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent partner strategies across the countries where we operate, and maintain alignment with global sales and marketing initiatives.
- Reporting & Performance Management: Track partner performance and deliver regular updates on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a related field, ideally within the IT, SaaS, or Atlassian ecosystem.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record in managing and growing partnerships.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (Russian) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
