Role Overview:
As a Luxury Online Sales and Client Advisor, you will be the direct point of contact for our online clients — guiding them through their journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. You will provide personalized consultation, ensure exceptional service, and manage each order with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries received via website and WhatsApp with prompt, professional communication
- Guide clients through collections, advise on product selection, sizing, and customization options
- Coordinate custom and made-to-measure orders with our atelier
- Maintain client communication throughout the production and delivery process
- Ensure a seamless, luxurious client experience from first contact to post-purchase follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams (atelier, logistics, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Build long-term relationships with high-end clientele
- Maintain accurate records of orders, requests, and communications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury fashion sales or high-end client service (online or offline)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for fashion, style, and couture craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and handle VIP clientele with discretion and professionalism
