About the Role
- We are looking for a highly driven Country Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and commercial development of our Baku branch. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for executing our market expansion strategy, driving B2B and B2C sales of premium health and wellness technologies (including hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy devices, and nutritional supplements), and building strong relationships with wellness resorts, private clinics, sports clubs, fitness centers, and high-net-worth clients. You will oversee daily office operations, coordinate local partners and suppliers, and play a key role in launching our Recovery&Longevity studio. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and motivated to build and scale a premium health business in a fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Azerbaijan branch, ensuring smooth office and commercial activities
- Drive B2B and B2C sales of hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy devices, and premium supplements
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with wellness resorts, private clinics, fitness centers, and high-net-worth clients
- Develop and execute a local business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events in Azerbaijan
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Coordinate local partners, distributors, suppliers, and service providers
- Support marketing activities and local brand positioning
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for the Country Manager
- Oversee the setup and operational launch of the first longevity studio within the first year
- Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in a client-facing field (medical devices, wellness, fitness, luxury services, or premium consumer products or other customer-oriented industries)
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (native) with good knowledge of Russian and English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare and present professional commercial offers
- Proactive, strong personality, and a team player
- Willingness to travel locally and actively engage with partners and clients
