• Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relaxed Personality: Comfortable and confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Practical Problem-Solver: Ability to handle customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Availability for Late Hours: Flexible schedule to work evenings and nights from home (3 PM - 12 AM).
• Currently Unemployed: We are only considering candidates who are not currently employed.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
