Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling appointments and inquiries.
- Contact customers to troubleshoot and resolve any outstanding problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our system.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relaxed Personality: Comfortable and confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Practical Problem-Solver: Ability to handle customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Availability for Late Hours: Flexible schedule to work evenings and nights from home (3 PM - 12 AM).
- Currently Unemployed: We are only considering candidates who are not currently employed.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
